The Order Process
New Customers and New Designs
If you are new to Leland, or are an existing customer who needs a new sticker, we will ask about your type of application, label sizing, material, colors, and order volume to determine the best print process for your specific needs. Any artwork, logos or previous designs you can send us to create your proof is very helpful for our art team. We will provide a proof with final pricing and once an approval is received from you then your order will move to production. New orders generally take 10 work days from time of approval to time of shipment.
Reorders
If you are reordering the exact same label with no changes, you can call or email us. We will finalize quantity, pricing, and delivery address and your order will go into production ASAP. Re-orders are generally shipped in about 5 work days.
Materials, Print Colors and Die Shapes & Sizes
Choose Your Material
The Leland Company has a variety of vinyl and polyester base materials available all with our industrial strength permanent adhesive. For vinyl base materials, we have white, yellow, black and reflective available. For polyester, our base materials include white, clear, matte silver, bright silver, and brushed silver.
Material colors may look different in person compared to looking on your computer screen. If you are unsure which material will fit your requirements, contact us today for free samples!

Choose Your Overlaminate
Overlaminates are an essential part of why our labels are more durable than the competition! When each label is printed, it is sealed with your chosen overlaminate to protect the information printed on the label. This also gives the label superior UV resistance for extended sunlight exposure. Our standard overlaminate is a clear gloss but we also have matte laminate or a thick, industrial velvet laminate which give your labels a heavy feel with a sleek look!
Choose Your Print Colors
We offer a wide variety of colors and depending on the print process you choose, your color options are virtually endless. Our standard reds, blues, greens and yellows are some of our most popular colors. We also keep in stock pink, purple and teal. We also offer many metallic colors including gold and silver.
Choose Your Size
The Leland Company has hundreds of standard squares, rectangles, circles and ovals which come in a variety of sizes available for your selection. We also keep in stock many triangles, octagons, badge shapes, and other special shapes for your selection. If we don't have the size or shape you are looking for, we will help you find the next closest size or we can order a new die to your exact specifications for a one-time fee.
Pricing
Pricing at Leland Company is based off a number of factors including print process, base material and overlaminates chosen, number of print colors, the size of your label and quantity of labels ordered. Also considered in the price would be any special requirements such as barcodes, consecutive numbers, inside window adhesive, or mark and seal labels. No two customers and therefore no two orders are exactly the same, so contact us today for your personalized quote!
